Caprese was back in Modena, many years ago. It was in a small, well known trattoria managed by a gay couple and what captivated us than was, how the concept went. The appetier were on free flow, where the
caprese selection adorned the 10 feet long table. Not so special, yes but what comes next for main was. There is no main course menu available but, its kitchen would churn out the best homemade pasta every 30 minutes. The owner itself will come around with a huge platter (...)
