caramel is fierce! I have tried melting the
caramel candies before but they were too sweet and lacked the rich, light amber colour one can get when they have control over the cooking process. Not to mention the fact that I felt as though I was undoing years of wearing braces. Sorry lemons, Homemade
caramel may be my muse for a while.
