You could call this “Caramel Corn, Part II.” I’ve posted my all time favorite caramel corn recipe already. As I said in that post, I’ve tried so many recipes over the years, but they were never just right. Always too sticky, too messy, too complicated…you name it. This one is simple and delicious.
