The lovely grain that is
spelt has certainly cast its spell over me, from glorious flours to farro to
spelt flakes, this wonderful grain does it all. The Daily Telegraph have called it the Keira Knightly of wholefoods – not bad at all for something that not so long ago was thought only fit for animal feed.
There is nothing new about
