Ingredients
500 g boneless chicken200 g cashew nuts200 ml milk50 g flour50 g white pepper20 g garlicGreen cardamom powder for flavoring1 sheet edible silver foilSalt to taste100 ml oil1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves25 g grated cheese ( optional )
Method
Cut chicken into cubes and fry in oil and keep aside.
Make a batter of the flour, salt, pepper and milk.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry till golden brown. Add the batter and cook .
