Since when did people start making this "yocheese"?  I’d heard of draining yogurt but finally took the time to do it on a whim the other night and then did a google search to see if anyone else was doing it.  You know… I’m always the last to know anything.  I’m always the guy getting excited saying "Hey, y’all, I found this new thing!"
