I have noticed that most vegan mayonnaise are expensive to buy. In Greece there is only one brand, bjorg and not completely vegan as it contains honey. its in a vey small jar and costs almost 4 euros. As I don’t really like mayonnaise and never used to it eat I never tried to make it myself.
