Despite the crazy gloomy rainy weather we’ve been having lately, I have been craving a simple yet delicious pasta salad. First off, I am a huge fan of chicken caesar salads as well as pasta salads. With that in mind I decided to create a new dish by using a combination of the two in creating a chicken caesar orzo salad with a few of my favorite veggies.
