Chicken (Kozhi ) Varuval

Ingredients
Chicken (breast piece, boneless): 500 gmLemon juice: 20 mlTurmeric powder: 5 gmChilli powder: 50 gmGinger and garlic paste: 25 gmSalt: to tasteCornflour: 20 gmMaida: 30gm
Method
Cut the
chicken breast into even dices. Clean and drain out water completely.
Marinate with lime juice, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and ginger and garlic paste.
Finally add the corn flour and maida. Mix well and keep aside for an hour.
