Chicken liver salad

chicken liver, trimmed , cut in half and patted dry3 tablespoon olive oil1 garlic clove , crushed2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar3 cups mixed lettuce, cut in medium - size1 cup arugula leavesSalt to tasteCrushed black pepper to taste
For dressing
1/4 cup olive oil1 tablespoon balsamic vinegarSalt to tasteBlack pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add
