I pretty much spent the whole day in my kitchen today. After getting all my household chores out of the way, I firstly made some little pots of lemon creme brulee’s that after baking were put in the fridge to chill for the day. I then settled in to make some pasta dough, enough for the meal I was making tonight using lasagne sheets and also enough to make into fettuccini which I could freeze ready for a meal I had planned in a few days.
