On grocery shopping day, every week, I buy a rotisserie
chicken. The first night we eat the legs and thighs with some chips or potato salad. The second night, I use the breast meat in some sort of salad or pasta. When I’m cutting off the breast meat, I don’t do it very neatly, leaving a good amount of meat on the bones. These meaty carcasses go into the freezer for
soup. This makes me very happy, for some reason, I equate it to being practically free
