Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
500g
chicken thigh, skinless and off the bone?1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste ?10 ml malt vinegar ?Salt, to taste ?200g yoghurt ?1 tablespoon red chilli powder ?1 tsp garam masala powder
Method
Marinate
chicken with ginger-garlic paste, ?malt vinegar and salt. Keep aside for an hour.
?Separately mix the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk till uniformly mixed together.
