Ground turkey must’ve been on special some time ago, as JS bought 4 1-lb packages of them. They went straight into the freezer as we don’t usually use
ground turkey.
But, use them we had to.
Ground turkey is a little dry and bland, so we had to think of a way to add flavor. So, I decided to go the Tex-Mex route. (I dare not say “Mexican.”)
