If you’ve read my blog for any length of time, you know that I don’t bake desserts. There are no pies or cakes here, an occasional muffin may make it’s way, but not often. But there is one thing I bake,
biscotti. I haven’t found anything else as forgiving as
biscotti. It doesn’t rise, it’s not supposed to be soft, moist, light, or fluffy – all words that I have trouble with.
