Marvelous things sometimes come in diminutive sizes. These cookies are so charming and tiny, It’s tempting to eat several at a time. They are scrumptious! The espresso gives them a robust, rich flavour and texture. I love the way the rolling sugar added a lovely almost sand-like framework to the overall taste.
