ciabatta.You can never have too much. These babies are done in the truer
ciabatta form, a wet white dough, and, for fun, shaped as
baguettes. Everyone loves a baguette, just ask.
I actually have baguette forms, which I find handy for keeping the shape, especially with a wet dough. You just need to make sure that your bottoms are nicely floured so that the finished loaves remove easily.
