INGREDIENTS
500g low fat natural yogurt
1kg ripe mangoes - 2 large ones (peeled and cut of from the seed)
1½ tsp ground
cinnamon
½ cup semi skimmed milk or more if
lassi is too thick
EQUIPMENT
blender
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Make 4 small portions.
