You may have seen my tweets about my mint growing like a weed. Well, who’s complaining? I was able to make some Classic Cuban Mojitos today. I remember my first mojito. It was back in 2000, I think, in South Beach, Miami at Larios on the Beach. They were so popular, that the bartender had loads of glasses already pre-muddled with the lime/mint/sugar solution behind the bar. All they had to do was add the rum and club soda.
