A month or so ago in Southern Living there was a recipe for pound cake.  My Mother has been wanting some pound cake for quite some time.  This cake recipe uses the big guns, the Kitchen Aid Mixer.  It’s a pretty interesting way to make a cake.  You layer all the ingredients in the KA and then start the mixer.  Pour into a bundt and bake.  That’s it.  No fuss, no muss… mess.  Its a great cake but be rpepared to have a lot of cake.  Y (...)
