250 g finely grated coconut250 g sugar150 ml waterElaichi (cardamom ) powder ( optional )Oil for frying
Method
1, Make the syrup with sugar and water till it forms threads .
2, Warm the grated
coconut in a heavy aucepan , pour in the syrup. Stir well and cook till it forms a soft lump.
