Coconut Laddu by Niya's World

Grated coconut sauted in thickened milk and rolled into laddus. Serves – 4Time required : 30 minutes plus rolling time Ingredients ¼ litre milk8 g ghee50 g sugar1 coconut, grated1 tablespoon ( 15 g ) pistachios, chopped for garnishing Method Bring the milk to a boil and keep stirring on low heat till reduced to half the quantity.Heat ghee in a kadai / frying pan over medium heat and add in the sugar.
