Chutney:

coconut, grated1 green chilli or 1 red chilli2 small onions / sambar
onion / shallots / chuvannulli1 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )2 tablespoon water ( for grinding )1/4 cup ( 50 ml ) water for diluting

For the Seasoning:
1 teaspoon cooking oil1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds1/2 teaspoon cumin ( jeera ) seeds6 curry leaves
