Today for lunch I wanted something spicy and creamy. I had a can of
coconut milk in the refrigerator and some
shrimp in the freezer from testing Robyn Webb’s Curried
Shrimp Sandwiches.
Here is the
Coconut Shrimp Soup I invented.
