Coconut shrimps seemed such a perfect dish to bring some sunlight in my day!
To make this dish, I used this
Coconut Shrimps recipe. However, I made a few changes to it. I baked the
shrimps instead of deep frying them. I also used 3 times more shredded unsweetened
