I cannot say no to a lovely, creamy, wobbly panna cotta. I made some for my brother & I, the flavour inspiration was a cup of coffee. In this panna cotta is instant coffee, cream, milk, vanilla extract & sugar. The lime syrup idea was from the Flavor Bible, according to the book coffee & lime go well together.
