In the kitchen, I think I am what you would call “safe” most of the time. I mainly stick to things I know. I’m not afraid to try new things, and sometimes I do, but I think about 90% of the time, I stick to things that I know, flavors that I am familiar with, and methods that I have used before. But sometimes, you just want to break out and do something you haven’t done before!
