1 huge red bell
pepper
3-4 spring onions (chopped)
500g
couscous
1 small onion (chopped finely)
2 tbs olive oil
handful
fresh basil leaves
generous handful of dry
sundried tomatoes (soaked overnight or couple of hours before in hot boiled water)
some more olive oil
Burn
pepper over fire, place in a plastic bag for about 15 minutes, rub over cold water to remove most, but not all of the burned skin, deseed and chop the
pepper.
