I have been making
sugar cookies for years already. Usually cute shaped ones with pretty coloured sugars for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Easter. However, this recipe is so much easier to do, that you can enjoy them anytime of the year! These
cookies do not require you to chill the dough or to roll it out, just scoop, roll in course
sugar & bake. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
