I have to admit, I was not even looking forward to making this loaf when I started. I don’t have a huge sweet tooth, and this seemed like another sticky sweet
bread. But I am so happy that I did give it a try as the sweetness is only really from the dried cranberries and they are tempered beautifully by the walnuts.Peter Reinhart came up with this loaf while craving some of his favourite holiday flavours and it is totally delicious.
