1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs1/2 cup ground or finely chopped almonds1 egg , lightly beaten1 tablespoon water500 g ( 1 lb ) skinned and boned white
fish filletsSalt and freshly ground pepper1/2 cup plain flour125 g ( 4 oz ) butter1/2 cup flaked almonds1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
Combine breadcrumbs and ground almonds in shallow dish.
