Dieting… We have all been there, done that. Diets alone don’t work. A
healthy lifestyle combines a good balanced diet (when I say diet it means, a sane quantity of vegetables, whole grains, fruits, proteins, carbs, and fat) with a good amount of physical activity and is the key to a fit and
healthy body. I am not going to go to the “mind” (as in body and mind) part here… it gets way too complicated.
