pork tenderloin, cubed30 oz diced tomatoes, drained15 oz canned
black beans, drained5 cloves garlic, sliced2 (large)
cubanelle peppers, diced1 onion, diced1 shallot, minced1 tablespoon canola oil1 teaspoon hot Mexican style
chili powder1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne1/2 teaspoon cumin1/2 teaspoon cocoa1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle 1/2 teaspoon ground jalapeno 1/2 teaspoon oregano
