Ingredients
1/2 cup ( 100 g ) silky raw
rice , washed2 green chillies , chopped fine1 cm ginger , julienned1 teaspoon ( 5 g ) salt2 1/2 cup ( 600 ml ) fresh, thick curd2 teaspoon ( 10 g ) ghee1/2 teaspoon ( 2 g ) mustard seeds1 teaspoon ( 5 g ) urad dal1 teaspoon ( 5g ) chana dal1 spring curry leaves
