You know the summer veggies are drawing to a close when you see zucchini going up in price.  Pretty soon it will be butternut squash, pumpkins, potatoes, beets, celeriac…  I am not complaining one bit.  But I am always sad to see the zucchini go. When I tell you I have been knee deep in the hoopla that is canning season, sincerely I have been knee deep.  Tomatoes, peaches, jalapenos, jams… If I am home I am canning.  I have not been home much though.  T (...)
