By far this has been my favorite Daring Bakers challenge. This month we tackled yeasted laminated dough and made the Danish Braid from Sherry Yard’s book The Secrets of Baking. Having never made yeasted laminated dough… nor anything even remotely resembling a Danish Braid… I was intimidated to say the least.
