This month’s
Daring Bakers challenge was an
orange tian. I had never heard of
tian before so as far as that was concerned the challenge was new. The components for this dessert - pâte sablée, stabilized whipped cream,
orange marmalade and caramel sauce - were in essence not new. Not many new things doesn’t mean every thing goes well I didn’t cook my marmalade long enough as it wasn’t as thick as it should have been. Luckily its deliciousness made up for that I’ (...)
