I’m pretty happy with myself, finished this month’s Daring Bakers challenge on time AND finished writing about it in time to post it on the 27th! So this month we made cannoli. Not something that was very high on my to do list but I’ve always been curious about their taste. They are not something you would find in the Netherlands (or Austria I think).
