Exotic to me but maybe not to you. You see this is the first time I tried pandan. I heard about it last year and have been following anyone who writes about it and reading their recipes, studying. A food nerd, I know. I looked high and low for the extract or powder and to no avail. What I did find were frozen pandan leaves. These are used for Thai pandan wrapped chicken for the most part.
