Another late Daring Baker challenge… This month’s challenge was to make puff pastry and make some vols au vent with it. Even though there’s no picture of the vol au vents I did make them but they didn’t rise very well. Maybe the fact that I didn’t chill the dough prior to baking contributed to that.
