I know there are many bundt cake fans out there but I was never one of them. Of course they are beautiful to look at with their graceful, rounded curves and other various imaginative shapes. But I always found them to be a little bit on the dry side, too much cake and not enough garnish. It was similar to an un-moist layer cake without the filling and just a thin glaze on the surface.
