Most of us at CrossFit follow to some degree the Paleo Diet in which we only place in our bodies lean meats, fish, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, and healthy oils like olive and coconut. No dairy, no legumes, no caffeine, no alcohol, no tubers, no grains. When we want to train hard we follow a strict Paleo plan and even have Paleo Challenges with prizes and such.
