Back in May I'd put up a post about Scallion Pancakes - specifically, Scallion and Red Onion Pancakes, which seemed to go over pretty well.  Over the summer I've made scallion pancakes a few more times (including yesterday), and at one point I even took pictures, planning to write about the variations I did that day.
