This week we had dinner at Del Frisco’s & what’s remarkable is that at 8:30 on a weeknight, they were packed. Beribboned bottles of wine & gift bags were on a few of the tables, but from how well the staff worked together I could tell that this level of busyness wasn’t just because of the holidays.
