Simplicity itself to make - squares of chocolate brownie, topped with cherries in kirsch (the kirsch adding a sophisticated ‘adult’ flavour but a tin of cherries in syrup would suffice) and a spoonful or two of the juice. Add a little whipped cream and shavings of dark chocolate.
