Dhokla with
coriander chutney
Ingredients
For
dhokla :
3 cups rice1 cup rice1 cup urad dal1 teaspoon fenugreek seedsCurd to soak the mixture1 small green chilly1/2 - inch piece ginger ( make a paste of ginger and green chilli )Salt to tasteOne tablespoon oil
For
coriander chutney :
1, 1 cup fresh
coriander leaves2, 1/4 cup grated coconut3, 3 garlic cloves4, 1 - inch piece ginger5, 1 tablespoon water1/2 teaspoon lemon juice ( or to taste )Salt to taste
