Its one more Deepavali. Deepavali is a time to celebrate. It is the celibration of victory - good over evil, and light over darkness. In Chennai, Deepavali means festival mood all around and crowd in shopping areas like T.Nagar, Purasaiwalkam & every shopping avenue one can name.
