OK, don’t say I didn’t warn you. This post is all bread, and if you’re a carboholic like me, it’s pure food porn. So far today I finished the focaccia and I have some rugelach dough chilling in the fridge. I still have to make the honey cake, and my TWD recipe. For now, my first finished baking task of the day:
Today's focaccia: rosemary, toasted garlic, parmigiano reggiano, and coarse sea salt, the food of gods.
