Some say there are no practical uses for molecular gastronomy.  I have to disagree.  You might have to get creative, but we have great resources to give you inspiration.  WD~50 has a dish where they wrap
chicken breast in
chicken thighs ad wrap the bundle in
chicken skin.  Well, I took that as my first challenge.  There are no recipes, there are no instructions oh how to make it, just a tiny 1 inch picture on a website.
