These are not navy beans they are great northern beans and they taste great, especially with a little munster cheese, cheddar cheese, avocado and green chile.
Beans cook so quick in a pressure cooker and timed right they can be just as good as if they took hours in a pot.
Chile that was grown, picked, roasted, peeled and dehydrated in New Mexico makes it to New York and gets reconstituted with a little water in the microwave.
Ladle up a nice bowl of beans, add some avocado, some cheese and so (...)
